A Place to Call Home
After experiencing periods of unstable housing and even homelessness, one person supported by Community Living Owen Sound & District began a new chapter through personalized planning, strong community partnerships, and ongoing support.

Stronger Together
Through Community Living's Parent Connection Group, families found something many had been missing, a community of people who understood.
Each month, parents gathered to ask questions, share successes, celebrate milestones, and support one another through challenges.
While staff provided information and guidance, the greatest impact came from the
relationships that formed around the table.

A trip to Toronto might seem ordinary to many people. For two people supported by Community Living Owen Sound & District, it represented something much bigger. Together they planned a trip based entirely around their own interests. The memories they brought home were wonderful, but the confidence they gained was even greater.
